hccn_tool -i %d -optical -s low_power

low_power	光模块低功耗。

执行该命令若提示“Can not operate, because the xsfp has already been auto-downgraded. Please retry after disable the auto-downgrade switch.”，表示当前已触发降lane，不可配置光模块低功耗。
执行该命令若提示“The system is in optical module initializing, please try again later.”，表示当前光模块初始化未完成，不允许配置。
