Batch Management Using SmartKit

This section describes how to interconnect with the SmartKit to manage devices deployed with an edge management system in batches.

Prerequisite

  • The SmartKit has been installed.
  • You have logged in to the SmartKit WebUI.

    The edge management system can interconnect with SmartKit 23.0.RC1 or later.

Procedure

  1. Add a device on the SmartKit WebUI.

    For details about how to add an edge device, see "About SmartKit > Devices" in the SmartKit Computing User Guide. On the Devices page, you can add devices to be maintained and managed, and modify, remove, and update the added devices to manage edge devices in batches.

  2. Use the SmartKit for batch management.

    The SmartKit provides users with full-process configuration and O&M functions, such as installation and deployment, routine maintenance, upgrade/patching, capacity expansion, and parts replacement.
