MEF Edge Fails to Query the MEF Center Root Certificate

Symptom

When the MEF Center root certificate is queried on MEF Edge using commands, "Execute [getcertinfo] command failed." is returned. The detailed error information is as follows:

get cert info failed, cert does not exist. Execute command [netconfig] first.

Solution

The MEF Center root certificate can be queried and obtained by running the getcertinfo command only after the NMS is configured and the certificate is imported. For details, see Interconnection Authentication of MEF Center and MEF Edge.
