The output is as follows:

usage: ascend-cert <option> [args]
Options:
        -h, --help                      Displays help information.
        -u, --update                    Update the local CRL file after comparison.
args:
        cmspath filepath crlpath.       Data signature verification.

Local CRL files are stored in the default path.
