The "Missing Dependencies" Error Message Is Displayed When MindStudio Insight Is Running

Symptom

When MindStudio Insight is running in the Windows OS, an error message indicating missing dependencies is displayed, and MindStudio Insight cannot be run.

Cause Analysis

The WebView2Runtime file required for running .exe is missing.

Solution

1. Click LINK to go to the Microsoft official website.
2. Download the x64 installation package of Evergreen Standalone Installer, as shown in Figure 1.

3. After the installation is complete, run MindStudio Insight again.
