Overview

When you encounter AI Core errors in the inference or training process, you can use the AI Core Error Analyzer to automatically collect necessary information for quickly and accurately locating the AI Core errors.

• This tool cannot be deployed in a container.
• Deployed on Linux, this tool supports local and remote analysis. Deployed on Windows, this tool supports only remote analysis.
• In an inference scenario, the root user is used to run the AI Core Error Analyzer by default. If you want to run the tool as a common user, modify the directory attributes as the root user. For details, see "Appendixes > msnpureport Instructions" in the Log Reference. Then assign the common user the permission to use the msnpureport tool.
