aclrtCtxSetSysParamOpt
Description
Sets the value of a system parameter in the current context. If this API is called for multiple times, the value set in the last call is used. After this API is called to set the runtime parameter value, you can call aclrtCtxGetSysParamOpt to obtain the parameter value.
This API applies to contexts, whereas aclrtSetSysParamOpt applies to processes.
