Function Description

During distributed training, you need to configure the NIC IP address of a device for communication between multiple devices to synchronize network model parameters.

Method 1: Modify inventory_file provided by the ascend-deployer tool and run the script to configure the NIC IP address of a device.
Method 2: Use the HCCN Tool or the configuration script (ascend-deployer/ascend_deployer/tools/DeviceIP-conf.sh) provided by the ascend-deployer tool to configure the NIC IP address of a device.

For the Atlas 300T training card (model 9000), Atlas 800 training server (model 9000) (half configuration of NPUs), Atlas 800 training server (model 9010) (half configuration of NPUs), the ascend-deployer tool cannot be used to configure the parameter plane network.
