Description

Sets a placeholder for a placeholder parameter. The return value is the param_handle placeholder.

If there are multiple parameters in the parameter list, append the parameters in sequence. After all parameters are appended, you can call the acl.rt.kernel_args_get_place_holder_buffer API to obtain the memory address to which the param_handle placeholder points.
