Function

  • Description: Computes the result of self * log(other).

  • Formula:

    outi=selfi∗log(otheri)out_i = self_i * log(other_i)

Function Prototype

Each operator is divided into a two-phase API. You must first call the "aclnnXLogYScalarSelfGetWorkspaceSize" API to obtain the input parameters and calculate the required workspace size based on the computation process, and then call the "aclnnXLogYScalarSelf" API to perform the computation.

  • aclnnStatus aclnnXLogYScalarSelfGetWorkspaceSize(const aclScalar *self, const aclTensor *other, aclTensor *out, uint64_t *workspaceSize, aclOpExecutor **executor)

  • aclnnStatus aclnnXLogYScalarSelf(void *workspace, uint64_t workspaceSize, aclOpExecutor *executor, aclrtStream stream)

aclnnXLogYScalarSelfGetWorkspaceSize

  • Parameters

    • self (aclScalar*, computation input): Input self in the formula, which is an aclScalar on the Host Side. The data type of self and the data type of other must satisfy the data type deduction rules (see Deduction Relationship). Supports Non-contiguous Tensor, and the Data Format supports ND.

      • Atlas A3 training products/Atlas A3 inference products: Data types supported include FLOAT, FLOAT16, DOUBLE, INT32, INT64, INT16, INT8, UINT8, BOOL, and BFLOAT16.
    • other (aclTensor*, computation input): Input other in the formula, which is an aclTensor on the Device Side. The data type of other and the data type of self must satisfy the data type deduction rules (see Deduction Relationship). Supports Non-contiguous Tensor, and the Data Format supports ND.

      • Atlas A3 training products/Atlas A3 inference products: Data types supported include FLOAT, FLOAT16, DOUBLE, INT32, INT64, INT16, INT8, UINT8, BOOL, and BFLOAT16.
    • out (aclTensor*, computation output): out in the Formula, an aclTensor on the Device side. The shape of out is consistent with that of other. Supports non-contiguous tensor, and the data format supports ND.

      • Atlas A3 training products/Atlas A3 inference products: Data types supported include FLOAT, FLOAT16, and BFLOAT16.
    • workspaceSize (uint64_t*, output parameter): Returns the workspace size to be allocated on the Device side.

    • executor (aclOpExecutor**, output parameter): Returns the op executor, which contains the operator computation flow.

  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

The first-phase API performs input parameter validation and returns an error in the following scenarios:

    Return Value Error Code Description
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_NULLPTR 161001 The passed self, other, or out is a null pointer.
ACLNN_ERR_PARAM_INVALID 161002 The data types of self and other are not within the supported range.
The data type derived from self and other cannot be converted to the specified output type of out.
The shapes of other and out are different.

aclnnXLogYScalarSelf

  • Parameters

    Parameter Input/Output Description
workspace Input Workspace memory address applied on the Device side.
workspaceSize Input Workspace size applied on the Device side, obtained from the first-phase API aclnnXLogYScalarSelfGetWorkspaceSize.
executor Input Operator executor, which contains the operator computation flow.
stream Input Specifies the stream for executing the task.
  • Return value

aclnnStatus: return code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.

Constraints

  • Deterministic computation:

    • aclnnXLogYScalarSelf defaults to a deterministic implementation.
