Parameter	Description
chn	Int, decoding channel ID.

Return Value	Description
chn_param	Dict, dictionary of decoding channel parameters. For details, see hi_vdec_chn_param.
ret	Int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values indicate failure. For details, see Common Return Codes.

ret

Int, error code.

Ensure that a channel has been created. Otherwise, the error code HI_ERR_VDEC_UNEXIST is returned.
