Sets the decoding channel description attribute: number of reference frames.

Parameter	Description
vdec_channel_desc	Int, description of the video decoding channel. Call acl.media.vdec_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.
ref_frame_num	Int, number of reference frames. The value range is [0, 16]. For the Atlas training product, this parameter is not configurable in the current version. For the Atlas 200I/500 A2 inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default. For the Atlas A2 training product/Atlas A2 inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default. For the Atlas inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default. For the Atlas A3 training product/Atlas A3 inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default.

ref_frame_num

Int, number of reference frames. The value range is [0, 16].

For the Atlas training product, this parameter is not configurable in the current version.

For the Atlas 200I/500 A2 inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default.

For the Atlas A2 training product/Atlas A2 inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default.

For the Atlas inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default.

For the Atlas A3 training product/Atlas A3 inference product, if the number of reference frames is not set, 8 is used by default.

Return Value	Description
ret	Int, error code. 0 on success; else, failure.
