EndPoint开启https时，对服务端密钥口令加密。交互输入明文字符串，输出密文字符串。

./seceasy_encrypt --encrypt domainId domainCount

参数	说明
domainId	域ID，当前规划值为1。
domainCount	域的数量，当前规划值为2。
