E39007 Device_Subprocess_Startup_Timeout

Symptom

Starting a subprocess on the device timed out.

Possible Cause

1. The subprocess failed to be started.
2. HDC is abnormal.

Solution

1. Check the device logs to see if the subprocess is started is started successfully.
2. Check the host and device logs to see if HDC is normal.
