C函数原型	aclDataType aclmdlGetInputDataType(const aclmdlDesc *modelDesc, size_t index)
Python函数	data_type = acl.mdl.get_input_data_type(model_desc, index)
函数功能	根据模型描述信息获取模型中指定输入的数据类型。
输入说明	model_desc：int，aclmdlDesc类型数据的指针地址。 index：int，指定获取第几个输入的大小，“index”值从0开始。
返回值说明	data_type：int，返回指定输入的数据类型，具体请参见aclDataType。
