manual_kmc_update

Function

This command is used to manually update the KMC primary key and root key.

Syntax

manual_kmc_update.sh

Usage Guidelines

You can run this command to update the primary key and root key used by the KMC component.

Example

Go to the /usr/local/mindx/MindXOM/tools/ directory and run the following command to update the KMC root key and primary key:

./manual_kmc_update.sh

The minimum interval for updating the key is 60 seconds.

If the "su: warning: cannot change directory to /home/MindXOM: No such file or directory" alarm is displayed in the command output, it is normal and does not affect the operation.
