Adding a Cloud-edge Collaboration API

To add a cloud-edge collaboration API, perform the following steps:

1. Enable the cloud-edge collaboration API adding function.
2. Add the API.
3. Define the dictionary of messages and new APIs. That is, define the mapping between messages and APIs.
4. Prepare the configuration file.
5. Add new capability items. Create a capability item configuration file that contains the existing OM SDK capability items and add the new API to the capability item configuration file.
6. Perform compilation. Compile and package the new code.
