MEF Center and MEF Edge Fail to Configure the NMS
Symptom
MEF Center and MEF Edge fail to run NMS configuration commands. The following information is displayed:
Execute [netconfig] command failed!
Solution
- Open the run log generated during MEF Edge installation and deployment (the default path is /var/alog/MEFEdge_log/edge_installer/edge_installer_run.log).
- Check the cause of the NMS configuration failure in the log.
- If information similar to the following is displayed, check whether the token is correct:
token is incorrect https return error status code: 401
If the token authentication fails for more than five times (including the test times of test_connect), MEF Center locks the authentication for 5 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes and enter the correct token.ip is lock https return error status code: 423
- If other errors occur, check the network connectivity between MEF Center and MEF Edge or check whether other parameters in the NMS configuration are correct.
- If information similar to the following is displayed, check whether the token is correct:
