Event description: After the root certificate used to issue the MEF Edge service certificate in the MEF Center device is updated, there are still MEF Edge devices that fail to apply for corresponding service certificates.

Impact on the System
MEF Edge whose service certificate fails to be updated cannot interconnect with MEF Center again.
Possible Cause
MEF Edge fails to apply for the MEF Edge service certificate due to network interruption or other reasons.
Procedure
- Obtain the MEF Center root certificate and cloud-edge authentication token again and configure the NMS on the MEF Edge device by referring to MEF Edge Fails to Automatically Update the MEF Center Root Certificate.
- If the alarm is not automatically cleared, contact Huawei technical support and provide the corresponding information.
