Alarm description: This alarm is generated when the root certificate used to issue the MEF Edge service certificate on the MEF Center device is about to expire or has expired.
- This alarm is cleared when the root certificate of MEF Center is updated before expiration (24 hours < Certificate expiration time < 15 days), MEF Edge applies for a new service certificate, and the update process ends.
- This alarm is cleared when the root certificate of MEF Center is forcibly updated when it has expired or the certificate expiration time is less than or equal to 24 hours.

Impact on the System

Possible Cause
The root certificate used to issue the MEF Edge service certificate is about to expire or has expired.
Procedure
- The MEF Center certificate management module detects that the root certificate needs to be updated and successfully triggers the update process.
- If the alarm is not automatically cleared, contact Huawei technical support.
