Error Message "VIP disappears" Is Displayed in the Log

Symptom

After HA is deployed, the process runs abnormally. An error message "VIP disappears!" is displayed in the log of the var/alog/keepalived/keepalived.log directory.

Cause Analysis

The heartbeat NIC is faulty, or the network cable connected to the heartbeat NIC is loose or disconnected.

Solution

Check whether the network cable connected to the network NIC is loose or disconnected. If yes, reconnect the network cable and restart HA software on the active and standby nodes.
