Viewing Hardware Alarms on IEF

For details about hardware alarms that can be viewed on IEF, see the Atlas 500 Intelligent Edge System Alarm Handling (Models 3000, 3010).

To view hardware alarms on IEF, perform the following steps:

Log in to the Management console - AOM.
In the navigation pane, choose Monitoring > Host Monitoring and click the host name.
Go to the host details page and click Alarm Analysis to view alarm details.

Most hardware alarms can be cleared only after the Atlas 500 AI edge station (model 3000) is restarted or powered cycled. After the connection status between the Atlas 500 AI edge station (model 3000) and IEF is normal, click Clear in the Operation column in Figure 1 to manually clear the hardware alarms generated before the reset.
