Instructions
The following table lists the supported traffic sending modes and usage methods for stream tests.
Test Item |
Supported Stream Test Mode |
Instructions |
|---|---|---|
One-click stream test |
UB direct-connect links |
When the command for one-click stream test is executed, Ascend DMI automatically sends and receives streams of all lanes on the specified device. After a period of time, the streams are closed and the result is queried. |
Customized stream test |
Stream test via an external fiber optic circulator (loopback plug) and direct NPU connection. Only UBoE ports are supported. |
The customized stream test separates steps for one-click stream test, allowing you to flexibly control the TX and RX directions. |
Cross-server stream test |
NPUs of the two servers are interconnected through UB FullMesh. |
Use MPI to start the Ascend DMI process on the two servers, send streams to specified NPUs, and query the result. |
