Error Message Displayed When the Download Command Is Executed

Symptom

When a tool is used to run the download command, the error message "download failed with error url open failed, please check the network ,please retry" is displayed.

Solution

If the download fails, check whether the network connection of the current environment is normal.

If the network is normal, the possible cause is that the network is unstable or the server is disconnected abnormally. You are advised to run the download command again. If the same error message is displayed again, replace the source defined by pypi in the ascend-deployer/ascend_deployer/downloader/config.ini file with another available source and run the download command again.
