Destroys a video encoding channel created by calling acl.media.venc_create_channel.

Python Function

        
             ret = acl.media.venc_destroy_channel(venc_channel_desc)

Parameter	Description
venc_channel_desc	Int, channel description. It must be the same as the channelDesc argument passed to the acl.media.venc_create_channel call.

Return Value	Description
ret	Int, error code: 0 on success; else, failure.

The channel is destroyed after the callback function has been processed.
If acl.media.venc_destroy_channel_desc has been called to destroy the channel description before the acl.media.venc_destroy_channel call, an error is reported.
