Function Usage
Destroys a video encoding channel created by calling acl.media.venc_create_channel.

Restrictions
- The channel is destroyed after the callback function has been processed.
- If acl.media.venc_destroy_channel_desc has been called to destroy the channel description before the acl.media.venc_destroy_channel call, an error is reported.
