Destroys data of the aclprofConfig type created by the aclprofCreateConfig call.

Use this API together with the aclprofCreateConfig API. Call aclprofCreateConfig first and then aclprofDestroyConfig.
If the same aclprofConfig pointer repeatedly calls the aclprofDestroyConfig API, an error indicating that the memory is freed repeatedly is reported.
