Sets the values (a list of int64_t elements) of an attribute.

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
attr	Output	Pointer to data of the aclopAttr type. Call aclopCreateAttr to create data of the aclopAttr type in advance.
attrName	Input	Pointer to the attribute name.
numLists	Input	Number of lists.
numValues	Input	Number of attribute values in each list. Each element in the numValues array indicates the number of attribute values in each list.
values	Input	Pointer array of attribute values in each list.

0 on success; else, failure. For details, see aclError.
