Obtains the model description based on the model ID.

aclError aclmdlGetDesc(aclmdlDesc *modelDesc, uint32_t modelId)

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
modelDesc	Output	Pointer to data of the aclmdlDesc type. Call aclmdlCreateDesc to create data of the aclmdlDesc type in advance.
modelId	Input	Model ID. A successful aclmdlLoadFromFile, aclmdlLoadFromMem, aclmdlLoadFromFileWithMem, or aclmdlLoadFromMemWithMem call returns a model ID.
