Obtains the attributes of a VI pipe.

hi_s32 hi_mpi_vi_get_pipe_attr(hi_vi_pipe vi_pipe, hi_vi_pipe_attr *pipe_attr)

This API can be called only after a VI pipe is created by calling hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe.
The pipe attributes must be valid, and some static attributes cannot be dynamically set. For details, see the description of hi_vi_pipe_attr.
