Function

  • Description: Each element of self is used as the power of base 2 for computation.
  • Formula:outi=2selfiout_{i} = 2^{self_{i}}

Prototype

  • aclnnExp2 and aclnnInplaceExp2 implement the same function in different ways. Select a proper operator based on your requirements.

    • aclnnExp2: An output tensor object needs to be created to store the computation result.
    • aclnnInplaceExp2: No output tensor object needs to be created, and the computation result is stored in the memory of the input tensor.
  • Each operator has two-phase API calls. First, aclnnExp2GetWorkspaceSize or aclnnInplaceExp2GetWorkspaceSize is called to obtain the workspace size required for computation and the executor that contains the operator computation process. Then, aclnnExp2 or aclnnInplaceExp2 is called to perform computation.

aclnnExp2GetWorkspaceSize

  • Parameters:

    Name Input/Output Description Usage Notes Data Type Data Format Dimension (Shape) Non-contiguous Tensor
    self Input self in the formula. - BOOL, INT8, UINT8, INT16, INT32, INT64, FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16, DOUBLE ND - √
    out Output Output in the formula. The data type must be convertible from that of self. FLOAT, FLOAT16, BFLOAT16, DOUBLE ND Same as that of self √

  • Returns:

    aclnnStatus: status code. For details, see aclnn Return Codes.
