AWB Zoned Statistics

The AWB supports at most 32 x 32 image blocks. The average R, G, and B values (Average R/G/B) can be output for each block. The statistical pixels are all 16 bits. The number of valid points in the block is equal to the value of Count All. The point statistical values are normalized to 16 bits based on the image size. In addition, each block supports statistics by luminance zone. A maximum of four luminance zones are supported.

  • When the resolution is small and the number of blocks is large, if the resolution of each block is less than 60 x 14, you need to reduce the number of blocks to avoid small blocks. You are advised to use a small number of blocks when the resolution is small.
  • To output low resolution, you need to set a small number of blocks for AWB statistics when the service is started.

The following table lists the mapping between the addresses and data for reading zoned statistics.
