Description
Enables a VI channel.
Restrictions
- This API can be called only after a VI pipe is created by calling hi_mpi_vi_create_pipe.
- Set the channel attributes by calling hi_mpi_vi_set_chn_attr first.
- A VI channel can be enabled repeatedly and no error code indicating failure will be returned.
