Description
Fuses the Conv2D+Elemtwise+Elemtwise operators into one Conv2D operator.
Restrictions
Currently, the nodes support only the NCHW, NHWC, and HWCN formats.
The fused Elemtwise2 operator supports only one input from Elemtwise1.
