Method for Handling Residual Processes

If the matched Python version is Python 3.8.x (3.8.0–3.8.11) or Python 3.9.x (3.9.0–3.9.7), residual processes may exist during AOE tuning. For example, if you press Ctrl+C during tuning, residual processes may exist. This situation does not affect the normal tuning process and performance. You can run the kill command to clear the residual processes.
