Description
Enables or disables the function of displaying the tuning progress.

Arguments
Arguments:
- on: enables the function of displaying the tuning progress.
- off: disables the function of displaying the tuning progress.
- This option does not take effect if ASCEND_SLOG_PRINT_TO_STDOUT=1 is set.
- The number of characters displayed in a line in the print window must be greater than 20.
- Do not adjust the size of the print window during the progress printing.
Default: on
