Function: dvpp_set_pic_desc_height_stride

Sets the image description parameter: height after alignment.

dvpp_pic_desc	Int, pointer address of the image description. Call acl.media.dvpp_create_pic_desc to create data of the acldvppPicDesc type in advance.
height_stride	Int, height stride.
