Member	Description
data_type	Private data type. For details, see hi_ext_user_type.
data_len	Length of the private data, in bytes. In VDEC scenarios, this parameter is used as an input parameter to indicate the length of the private data set by the user, and is used as an output parameter to indicate the actual length of the private data after decoding. In VENC scenarios, when the private data type is HI_EXT_USER_TYPE_SEI, the value range of this parameter is [16, 32].
data_value	Buffer address for storing private data.

data_type
