Sets the description of a video decoding channel.

aclError aclvdecSetChannelDescParam(aclvdecChannelDesc *channelDesc, aclvdecChannelDescParamType paramType, size_t length, const void *param)

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
channelDesc	Output	Pointer to the description of a video decoding channel. Call aclvdecCreateChannelDesc to create data of the aclvdecChannelDesc type in advance.
paramType	Input	Attribute data type. For details, see aclvdecChannelDescParamType.
length	Input	Attribute value length. If the attribute is of type _UINT64, set this parameter to 8. If the attribute is of type _UINT32, set this parameter to 4. If the attribute is of type *_PTR, set this parameter to 4 for a 32-bit OS or 8 for a 64-bit OS.
param	Input	Pointer to the attribute value.

0 on success; else, failure. For details, see aclError.
