enable	Whether to enable the low-delay function. Value range: HI_FALSE: Disables this function. HI_TRUE: Enables this function.
line_cnt	Line number of the low-delay output. The minimum value is 32, and the maximum value must not exceed the image height. You are advised not to set the line number too close to the image height.
