Function

Obtains the advanced JPEGE Huffman parameters of an encoding channel.

This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.

If hi_mpi_venc_set_jpeg_huffman_param has not been called to set the advanced Huffman encoding parameters, the default Huffman encoding settings are returned.
