Sets the attributes of a VI pipe.

hi_s32 hi_mpi_vi_set_pipe_attr(hi_vi_pipe vi_pipe, const hi_vi_pipe_attr *pipe_attr)

vi_pipe	Input	Pipe ID. Value range: [0, 12)
pipe_attr	Input	Pointer to the pipe attribute structure. The attributes are static.
