Predicts the size of the output buffer allocation required for JPEG decoding based on the JPEG input buffer.

Parameter	Input/Output	Description
data	Input	Pointer to the address of the buffer that stores the JPEG image.
dataSize	Input	Buffer size in bytes.
outputPixelFormat	Input	Format of the decoded output image. For details, see acldvppPixelFormat.
decSize	Output	Pointer to the predicted allocation in bytes for the output image.

0: The information is obtained successfully. Other values: The information fails to be obtained. For details, see aclError.
