Deregisters a callback function. Upon deregistration, the callback function will no longer be called at the specified snapshot phase.

aclError aclrtSnapShotCallbackUnregister(aclrtSnapShotStage stage, aclrtSnapShotCallBack callback)

callback	Input	Pointer to the callback function to be deregistered. Function definition: typedef uint32_t (aclrtSnapShotCallBack)(int32_t deviceId, void args);
