Queries the priority of a specified stream.

aclError aclrtStreamGetPriority(aclrtStream stream, uint32_t *priority)

priority	Output	Priority. A smaller value indicates a higher priority. For details about the priority value range, see aclrtCreateStreamWithConfig.
