Resets a CntNotify object to clear its count. This is an asynchronous API.

aclError aclrtCntNotifyReset(aclrtCntNotify cntNotify, aclrtStream stream)

cntNotify	Input	Pointer to the CntNotify. For details about the type definition, see aclrtCntNotify.
stream	Input	Stream. For details about the type definition, see aclrtStream. To use the default stream, pass NULL. For stream synchronization, for example, Stream2 waits for Stream1, set this parameter to Stream2.
