Function

Sets a placeholder for a placeholder parameter. The return value is the paramHandle placeholder.

If there are multiple parameters in the parameter list, append the parameters in sequence. After all parameters are appended, call aclrtKernelArgsGetPlaceHolderBuffer to obtain the memory address to which the paramHandle placeholder points.
