Description

Sets the advanced QT parameters for a JPEG encoding channel.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
chn	Int, decoding channel ID.
jpeg_param	Dict, advanced parameter set of a JPEG encoding channel. For details, see hi_venc_jpeg_param.

Return Value

Return Value	Description
ret	Int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values indicate failure. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.

Restrictions

This API must be called after an encoding channel is created and before the channel is destroyed.

Before this API call, you can tweak the current parameters obtained by using acl.himpi.venc_get_jpeg_param.

When the qfactor attribute value in the hi_venc_jpeg_param dictionary is set to 0xFFFFFFFF, the Cb component (blue) and Cr component (red) in the QT must be the same.
