Destroys a created encoding channel to release related resources when the user exits the encoding process.

Parameter	Description
chn	Int, decoding channel ID.

Return Value	Description
ret	Int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values indicate failure. For details, see VENC/JPEGE Return Codes.

Destroying a non-existing channel returns a failure.
Before this API call, ensure that the channel has stopped receiving images. Otherwise, a failure is returned.
