Obtain the memory size required by the pixel position remapping LUT based on the width and height of the output image.

lut_size, ret = acl.himpi.vpc_get_lut_mem_size(width, height)

Parameter	Description
width	Int, output image width.
height	Int, output image height.

Return Value	Description
lut_size	Int, memory size of the pixel position remapping LUT, in bytes.
ret	Int, error code. 0 indicates success. Other values indicate failure. For details, see VPC Return Codes.

When this API is called, the value of width x height ranges from 10 x 6 to 4096 x 8192.
