Parameters

venc_channel_desc	Int, pointer address of the description of a video encoding channel. Call acl.media.venc_create_channel_desc to create data of the aclvencChannelDesc type in advance.
max_bit_rate	Int, output bit rate (kbps) For the Atlas 200I/500 A2 inference product, the value range is [2, 614400]. The default value is 2000. If it is set to 0, the default value 2000 is used. For the Atlas inference product, the value range is [2, 614400]. The default value is 2000. If it is set to 0, the default value 2000 is used.
